General Studio Policies
- Please be mindful of others by turning off your cell phone when entering the studio.
- For your safety and to maintain class integrity, prior instructor approval is required before signing up for Intermediate/Advanced and Advanced classes.
- Please refrain from coming to the studio if you are feeling unwell. Our services are not beneficial for those with active infections, and your consideration helps protect the health of instructors and fellow classmates.
- If Montgomery County Public Schools close or delay due to inclement weather, The Hidden You may also close or delay. Updates will be provided through voicemail, Facebook, or email.
Packages and Late Cancellations
- All packages have a six-month expiration date to encourage consistency and commitment to your fitness and health goals.
- Package refunds will be honored within 30 days of purchase, minus a 5% transaction fee. After 30 days, 20% of the unused package value will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be provided after the package expiration date.
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Classes and private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. You can cancel through our online scheduling system, by phone, or via email.
- Two (2) late cancellations per calendar year are allowed without penalty for movement classes and private sessions. After this, late cancellations will be charged at the rate of your package or session.
Equipment Class Requirements
- Clients may be encouraged to take two private Pilates sessions before signing up for equipment classes.
- If you are new to Pilates equipment, please contact the studio before scheduling your first equipment class.
Referrals
Bring a friend to The Hidden You, and if they purchase a class package on their first visit, you’ll receive one FREE class added to your current package!
